You may cancel an order and/or exchange a product within 14 days from the date the product was received.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of an error made by the company, the product exchange will be carried out in the same manner as the original delivery (either collection from a pickup point or delivery to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order).
